Steps:

- 2. Place the salsa in a small bowl or jar.
- 3. Add the lime juice and chili powder.
- 4. Mix well.
- 5. Pour the salsa mixture over beans.
- 6. Toss to mix well.
- 7. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend.
