Another good recipe from co-worker Tracie De Stefano. She tells me that with her dad around, her mom, Merrie, never had to worry about running out of beer for this recipe. Somehow I don't think that means he was always willing to make a grocery run . . . hmmm. Photo by: dallascourier.com

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 c bisquick baking mix
1/2 can(s) beer
2 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and sugar. Mix well. Add the beer; stir, but don't over-mix. Batter should be lumpy.
  • 2. Drop by spoonsful onto a greased muffin tin or cookie sheet. Bake in a pre-heated 375-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
