TORTELLINI CARBONARA image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 9 oz pkg Cheese Tortellini, uncooked
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup whipping cream (can use half & half)
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and place in a medium bowl; set aside. Cook garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Stir in vinegar. Pour over pasta, tossing to coat. Combine bacon and remaining ingredients; toss with pasta and serve
