Tomato Bisque I image

2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried basil

Steps:

  • Place stewed tomatoes in a saucepan. Bring to boil, and then turn down to simmer. Stir in cream or nondairy creamer. Stir in basil, and serve.
