A meal that I,ve been making for years. I don't recall where I got the recipe but all who it it enjoys it.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toast bread, butter both sides.
- Cook & stir meat, onion, celery, prepared mustard & 1/2 tsp salt until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain and discard fluids
- Alternate layers of toast, meat mixture & cheese in a 9"x9" greased baking pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients: pour over layers in pan.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
- Add paprika on top if desired.
