Pineapple Pop 'em Balls image

Here's a quick and healthy dessert or snack with tropical flavours. I'm adding this recipe for ZWT5. This recipe comes from the Vegetarian Passport Cookbook by Linda Woolven.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup dried pineapple
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons pineapple juice, use only as much as needed to make consistency right for forming into balls

Steps:

  • Add the first 3 ingredients to a food processor and blend until somewhat smooth.
  • Add as much juice as is required to make the consistency right for forming into balls.
  • Form into balls and allow to harden.
