Pork sausages in batter

Steps:

  • preheat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7
  • mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the egg and a little milk, mix them in and add the rest of the milk gradually until the batter has the consistency of a milk shake. Beat the batter a bit to make it grow when you cook it.
  • cook the sausages for 10 minutes
  • remove the grease left by the sausages and then add the batter. Cook for 30 more minutes
