This is a classic TMI recipe from their Feeding the Multitudes Cookbook. Baked Oatmeal was a staple on many of the teams that I was a member of. I think Peggy Harden and Carol Watson made it very well. It makes enough for 30 hungry teens. If you want a more family sized portion, try dividing the ingredients by 5 or setting serving portions to 6.

- Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Add oatmeal, baking powder, salt and milk. Bake 30 minute at 350°. Serve with warm sweetened milk with cinnamon.
