I love bean salad and it is a great side dish for most meals. Simple to make, healthy, fresh and yummy! I could eat this all by itself even! - 1. Start by cutting your veggies. Then drain and clean the beans and place them in a big bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients very well until blended. Pour the mixture onto the beans and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
