- 1. Spread the apples in a lightly greased (or sprayed) loaf pan.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, white sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until thoroughly incorporated.
- 3. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
- 4. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are done.
