THIS IS THE BEST MEATLOAF I HAVE EVER ATE AND A FAMILY FAVORITE RECIPE MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS MEATLOAF SO I MAKE A GOOD SIZE ONE... WHATS BETTER THAN LEFTOVERS TO MAKE A MEATLOAF SANDWICH..I LOVE HOW ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THIS RECIPE COMPLIMENT ONE ANOTHER SERVE WITH TATERS AND GRAVY YUMMM

4 lb ground beef
5 c cubed bread crumbs
1 12 ounce of bacon sliced and cooked
1 small onion chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs beaten
1 can(s) 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1/2 bottle spicy honey bbq sauce kraft (9 ounces)

Steps:

  • 1. SLICE ONE PACKAGE OF BACON (12 OUNCES) PLACE IN SKILLET , ADD ONE ONION CHOPPED AND MINCED GARLIC COOK TIL DONE AND SET ASIDE TO COOL
  • 2. WHILE YOUR BACON IS COOKING ADD YOUR SPICES, CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE TOGETHER. WHEN BACON IS DONE AND COOL ADD YOUR BACON TO THE HAMBURGER MIX.
  • 3. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS, BREAD CRUMBS, EGGS AND CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP. SPRAY BOTTOM OF LARGE BAKING PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY AND PLACE MEAT INTO PAN. PLACE 1/2 BOTTLE OF KRAFT SPICY HONEY BBQ SAUCE OVER THE TOP. BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN TIL DONE APPROXAMENTLY 1 HOUR.. ENJOY
