My husband and I dislike the dark meat on a turkey, but we don't want it to go to waste. This recipe is ridiculously simple, but it takes some of the greasiness away from the dark meat and makes a delicious sandwich for those who like simple flavors. Basically, it's just equal measurements of dark meat and chicken broth.
