1 C CAULIFLOWER CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
1 C MUSHROOMS SLICED
1 CUP SNOW PEAS CUT IN HALF
1 CUP CARROTS SLICED VERY THIN
1 TBSP THAI YELLOW CURRY PASTE
2 TBSP GRATED FRESH GINGER
1 TBSP FISH SAUCE
1 TBSP FRES LIME JUICE
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

Steps:
