LEMON JELLO CAKE
I made this cake in the 1960's! All of us housewife's and mother's did :)) My husband, Bob was and still is a lemon guy--anything lemon he loves from chicken to dessert and anything in between!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour glass 9x13" baking dish
- 2. Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pour into glass dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- 3. While cake is baking, mix together 2 cups powdered sugar with 1/3 cup lemon juice.
- 4. Immediately upon taking cake out of oven, poke holes with a 2 tine fork (the more holes the better)Spread the lemon mixture over HOT cake.
- 5. Cool 4 hours. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
