Steps:
- 1. Marinate steak for 30 mintes up to an hour with the next 4 ingredients.
- 2. In a mixing bowl combine all thai dressing ingredients and chill.
- 3. Spray grill grates with oil. On a mediun high grill, cook steaks to internal temperature reaches 135 degrees or until preferred doneness. Turn once during grilling. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Thinlly slice steak against the grain.
- 4. Mix salad add steak, basil, mint, cilantro. Drizzle with thai dressing.
