This is a salsa recipe that has bits of summer melons for a fruity touch. Prep time doesn't include chilling time as that can vary greatly.

Steps:
- 1. Finely chop the honeydew and cantaloupe. Place chopped fruit in a colander for 30 minutes to allow all excess liquid to drain.
- 2. Add the chopped jalapeño and cilantro to the fruit, and stir until well combined.
- 3. Mix salsa and lime juice together in a bowl. Add the fresh fruit mixture, and mix well with wooden spoon. Transfer to festive serving bowl if desired, and chill until ready to serve.
- 4. When ready to serve, place salsa bowl in center of a large serving platter, and arrange tortilla chips around the salsa bowl.
