Number Of Ingredients 4

4 3/4-inch thick, boneless pork chops
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 c chunkt style salsa
4 oz can chopped green chilies, undrained

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet over medium high hest, brown chops in oil on one side about 2 minutes, turn chops. Add salsa and chilies to skillet, lower heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
