Number Of Ingredients 9

1 bunch(es) green onions (6 onions), chopped, divided
16 ounce(s) refried beans
1 cup(s) (8 ounces) sour cream
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup(s) (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup(s) (4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese
4 ounce(s) can of green chilies, chopped
1 package(s) taco seasoning mix
- tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Set aside 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish. In fondue pot or chaffing dish, combine the beans, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, chilies, taco seasoning and remaining green onions.
  • Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with reserved onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  • Note: I put all ingredients into a microwaveable dish, cook until melted/combined. I then put it into a mini crock pot to keep warm.
