TERIYAKI SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine
1 large ginger root (3"); finely grated
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped pepper (bell or poblano)
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool completely before using as a marinade or basting sauce.
