Lean pork loin is the star in this stir fry! Tender meat, nutrient-rich broccoli and flavorful sauce is combined for a filling & quick meal!

Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once the skillet is hot, add the cubed pork.
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork reaches 145°F. Remove to a plate, cover with foil and set aside.
- To the same skillet over medium heat, add the broccoli florets and 1 tbsp water. Let cook for 4 minutes, or slightly softened. Remove to a bowl, cover with foil and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the 1/2 c water, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, ginger and garlic.
- Return skillet to burner on medium heat. Pour the sauce into the pan, stirring occasionally until bubbly and thickened.
- Stir in the pork and broccoli.
- Serve warm over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
