Tequila Lime Sauce Recipe - (3.8/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 c white tequila
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 c heavy cream
1 stick butter, cold

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except cream and butter in a skillet to a boil over high. Stir in cream and simmer for 3 mins. Whisk in butter and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
