Tequila-Champagne Punch image

Yield 2 gallons

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 quarts white wine, chilled
2 (6-ounce) cans frozen concentrated pineapple juice, reconstituted with water
1 (fifth) bottle tequila
2 (fifth) bottles champagne, chilled
2 quarts soda water, chilled
strawberry halves or orange slices

Steps:

  • In punch bowl, combine wine, pineapple juice, and tequila (or mix in the proportions you punch bowl will hold). Just before serving, add champagne and soda water. Float fruits in punch. Or freeze strawberries or other fruits with water in ring mold; unmold and float in punch.
