Steps:
- In a bowl add chicken pieces, a few squirts of lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin and oregano (to taste). In a cuisinart, chop up onion and garlic until semi-fine and add to chicken. Cover and let marinate for atleast 1/2 hour. Once marination is complete, place items in bowl in a pan with a little oil and saute until browned. Add soy sauce and cooking wine to pan and cook down for about 10-15 minutes. Chicken is done and then can be made into TAPAS (see recipe)
