Tasty Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe image

Rich, hearty and a real winner at banquets and potlucks. It's even low fat, but you'd never know it!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg. "No Yolk" medium noodles
1 9.75-oz. can Premium White Chicken 98% Fat Free
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup (low fat or healthy choice)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup (low fat or healthy choice)
1 8-oz. pkg. lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
1 box chicken stovetop stuffing (low sodium)
1 C. fat free sour cream
1 C. low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 C. green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Cook and drain noodles. Place noodles into bowl and mix in everything except the stuffing. Spray cake pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture into cake pan. Make the stuffing in a separate container (do not cook). Crumble stuffing mix on top of casserole. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and brown for 5-10 minutes.
