1 LOAF CUBAN BREAD (ABOUT 24 INCHES)
1/2 LB SLICED TAVERN HAM
1/2 LB SLICED PORKETTA
1/2 LB SWISS CHEESE
1/4 LB HARD SALAMI
GARLIC PICKLE SLICES( APPROX 12)
MUSTARD (YELLOW OR DELI STYLE)
GARLIC POWDER
OLIVE OIL TO BRUSH THE BREAD

Steps:

  • SLICE THE BREAD OPEN BUT DO NOT SEPARATE IT LAYER HAM, PORK, CHEESE, SALAMI, PICKLES AND SPREAD WITH MUSTARD. SPRINKLE GARLIC POWDER ON TEH BREAD AND BRUSH THE BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL WRAP THE SANDWICH IN FOIL PLACE ON HOT GRILL AND PUT THE BRICKS OR OTHER HEAVY OBJECTS ON TOP OF THE SANWICH TO FLATTEN. HEAT THRU UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MELTED TOGETHER. (ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES) SLICE INTO 4 INCH PORTIONS
