Sweet & Tangy Barbecued Ribs From The Instant Pot! image

Seeing a lot of good barbecued rib recipes for the pot, so I thought I'd revamp my own recipe to be made in the instant pot! I finish these in the oven to help set the sauce.

  • Place ribs in your instant pot and pour in marinade and 1 c. water.
  • Cover and lock the lid. Make sure the steam releasing handle is pointing to sealing.

  • While ribs are cooking in instant pot, add all sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and simmer over medium heat on the stove top for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Extra sauce can be refrigerated in a sealed container for later use)
  • Press CANCEL on the Instant Pot.
