Time 30m

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
4 slices finely minced OSCAR MAYER Bacon
4 bone-in pork chops (1 lb.), about 1/2-inch thick
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 oz. (1/4 of an 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bacon; cook and stir 5 to 8 min., or until bacon begins to crisp. Remove onion and bacon with slotted spoon; drain.
  • Cook pork chops in drippings in skillet 2 to 3 min. on each side or until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Discard drippings in skillet.
  • Add tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar to skillet. Cook on medium-low heat, scraping bottom of pan to remove browned bits. Add cream cheese; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Return pork chops to skillet; simmer 3 to 5 min. until heated through, turning once. Top chops with bacon and onion mixture.
