SWEET ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted (optional)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. On a high sided cookie sheet, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, turning Brussels sprouts once or twice. 4. Remove from oven and, if desired, add walnuts and cranberries. Toss to combine.
