Sweet Potato Pie image

My co-workers love my sweet potato pie. I bake two pies for our Christmas party each year.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cup(s) cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup(s) sugar
2 - eggs
2 tablespoon(s) flour
1 can(s) condensed milk
1 stick(s) butter
1 teaspoon(s) lemon extract
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 - 9" regular pie crust shell

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream all ingredient in large bowl with mixer. Pour in pie shell bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
