This is a wonderful way to bring the taste of corned beef and noodles together with a little sweet and tangy sauce, it really is delicious.

- Put the corned beef brisket in a pot and cover with water. Add the seasoning packet that comes with the brisket and bring up to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours adding more water if necessary to keep covered. Remove the brisket to a cutting board and set aside.
- Strain off the remnants of the seasoning packet with a hand strainer (keep the liquid in the pot) then add the noodles to the pot and boil till tender, drain well.
- Meanwhile, cut the meat into bite size pieces, set aside. Melt the butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add the onion and sauté till tender, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in the cubed brisket, noodles and sweet chili sauce, combine well and cook for about a minute to heat through.
