Steps:
- In saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 T. butter. Add crushed garlic and onion and saute until golden brown. Add remaining butter and whisk to melt. Reduce heat to low. Slowly whisk in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Sauce will thicken the longer it is left on heat.
