SWEET AND WHITE POTATO SPEARS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 lbs. sweet potato cut into spears
1 1/2 lbs. idaho potato cut into spears
1/2 cup Kraft zesty italian dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan chesse
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsely

Steps:

  • prehat-oven to 375 f toss potatos with dressing place- on lghtly greased baking sheet or 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Cook-30 min. Turn potatoes. Cook an additional 30 min. , sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
