Steps:
- Meatballs: Soak breadcrumbs in milk and add to ground beef. Add remaining meatball ingredients except butter. Mix well and form into small balls (~48). Brown in skillet using 1/4 cup butter. After browning meatballs, remove to covered casserole or baking dish and bake in medium oven until meat is well-cooked. Sauce: To fat in skillet, add crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon butter if needed. Blend in flour, tomato paste, beef concentrate, buillion, and bitters. Stir over low heat until sauce thickens. Just before serving add sour cream and blend well. Add meatballs. Serve with buttered noodles and tossed green salad.
