Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion and salt. Mix well and then shape into small rounds. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown the meatballs in the butter. Pour off most of the fat. In a separate bowl, blend the sherry, ketchup and oregano. Add salt to taste. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Pass the meatballs around on a platter while they are still warm or transfer them to a hot fondue pot if you want your guests to nibble
