- Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix or other powerful mixer.
- Put on the lid and mix at high speed for about a minute.
- Serve in an old fashion glass or stemware. Garnish with fresh mint and a cherry with stem. Or, add some water to the ingredients, reduce the the ice and serve on the rocks.
