Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out dough on floured surface to 12-inch round. Transfer to 9-inch pie dish. Fold under edge then crimp. Pierce crust all over with fork. Bake crust until it's golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on rack about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Pour into baked pastry, sprinkle with cinnamon, cool and serve.
