Steps:
- Pre heat oven to 400 Make a shallow slit in the top of each date and remove the almond shaped pit. It should come out easily, leaving a nice pocket for stuffing. Carefully fill each date with blue cheese, making sure that the date does not split Wrap each date with 1 slice of Bacon Arrange in a shallow roasting pan Roast in oven approx 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and Bacon is slightly crisp. Makes enough for 6 poeple
