Heat oil in skillet and add puree until liquid evaporates (8-11 minutes) stirring frequently. Remove heat and stir in beans, chicken, and rice add 1 cup cheese, cilantro, and lime. Season w/salt divide amongst peppers broil app. 4 minutes add final cup of cheese to tops broil app. 2 minutes.
