Steps:
- 1. Drain the olives on paper towel and set aside until needed.
- 2. Crumble the feta cheese into a small bowl, add the onions, garlic, black pepper and olive oil, mix until a paste forms.
- 3. Fill the olive with the paste leaving enough room for 1 almond.
- 4. Put the uncovered olives on a plate and leave at room temperature for 12 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the filling to set. Enjoy!
