Steps:
- Beat pudding mix, milk, orange zest and juice in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in half the COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 5 min. or until thickened.
- Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers. Frost cake with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Microwave preserves in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 to 30 sec. or just until warmed; stir. Drizzle over cake. Top with strawberries.
