STRAWBERRY ONION SALAD.
Always a favorite in my home and at family gatherings , I was also asked recently to make this for a rehearsal dinner in Oct.

Steps:
- First chop romaine lettuce,slice red onion,slice strawberries and place in large bowl.set aside.
- In separate bowl add ,hellmins mayo,light vinegar,sugar,milk and poppy seeds-(these are optional you do not have to include them if you wish not too).WHISK ingredients together til smooth. Chill sauce til ready to serve.
- Once your ready to serve add sauce and toss.
