STRAWBERRIES N CREAM PUDDING COOKIES Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 TB strawberry jello
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3.5 oz. box white chocolate
pudding package instant
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 bag white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.Cream butter, shortening, sugar and jello together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. 3.In a separate bowl, mix together pudding mix, flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add to creamed mixture. Mix well. 4.Stir in white chocolate chips. 5.Spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing to wire rack.
