Stir Fry/Teriyaki Sauce image

Here's a great stir fry or teriyaki sauce I got off of Welltellme.com. If you use the coconut oil, I used it to marinate my chicken, and it got pretty solid! LOL I'm going to try marinating it before putting in the arrowroot, dumping it all in to cook and then adding the arrowroot to thicken up, otherwise it gets too thin. This is almost candida friendly. I'll bet if you used stevia or veg. glycerin, it would be. I might experiment. Everyone loved it (when I used the honey). This is lower sodium than regular stir fry sauce because of the liquid aminos.
