I have been making stir fry for ages what makes this so special is the sauce, courtesy of the Food Network magazine. The combo of ingredients as well as the marinade is what makes this special.

Steps:
- 1. Marinade meat at least one hour. Drain excess marinade off beef when ready to cook.
- 2. Place sauce, meat and veggies right by the stove, this goes fast.
- 3. Heat 1/4 inch of peanut oil in a wok or skillet over med high heat.
- 4. Add the beef, cook until nicely browned, remove from pan, cover and keep warm, wipe out pan.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to pan, heat to med high. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, salt, and 2 minced scallions. Stir fry about 30 seconds.Add pinch salt and sugar.
- 6. Add veggies starting with the ones that cook the longest. Stir fry til crisp tender.
- 7. Add the beef and sauce, and stir until everything is hot,and sauce thickened.
- 8. Serve with hot cooked rice.
