- 1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add broccoli, pepper and carrots; stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Add garlic; stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add sausage, water chestnuts and teriyaki sause. Increase heat to high; cook until sausage us heated through. Serve over rice.
