Stir-Fried Asparagus image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 cups fresh asparagus
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup almonds slivered
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Steps:

  • Wash asparagus thoroughly, peel stalks and cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Add garlic and nuts. Stir-fry until well coated. Add sliced asparagus stir-fry until asparagus is crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce. Serve immediately.
