Steps:
- 1. Snap off bottoms of asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces. 2. Add oil to skillet over high heat 3. Add asparagus and ginger. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add garlic, salt and stir-fry for 1 minute. 5. Add chicken stock. Cover, reduce heat and cook until tender about 5 minutes. 6. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
