Steps:
- Heat large pan over medium heat.
- Add oil and pork, cook 3 minutes each side.
- In a bowl combine sauce, honey, water and ginger.
- Pour over pork.
- Bring to the boil, add bok choy and green onions.
- Cover with a lid and reduce heat.
- Simmer 7 minutes till pork cooked through and bok choy is tender.
- Top with coriander to serve.
