Time 1h10m

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lb raw chicken wings
3/4 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 c pineapple juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp hot sauce (i like sriracha)
1/4 c vinegar
2 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer and cook until all ingredients are combined and sugar is dissolved. (Sometimes I put them in a large glass measuring cup and microwave for 2 minutes instead)
  • 2. When cooled, pour oven chicken wings in a small casserole pan, or in a plastic freezer bag. Let marinate at least 1 hour, flipping over occasionally, if necessary.
  • 3. Preheat oven to 375F. Place marinated chicken wings in casserole (if not already there), and into the oven. Bake for about 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes, until sauce is glazed over the wings and sticky.
