16 ounces fat free sour cream
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
10 ounces frozen spinach
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup water chestnuts -- chopped
1/4 cup red onion -- chopped

Steps:

  • Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with pitas or crackers, or in a hollowed out loaf of bread.
